If you were eyeing Oppo’s hardware-packed Find X10 series after its Chinese debut, you might want to brace your wallet. A fresh leak ahead of the scheduled October 21 European launch reveal that the global versions of the OPPO Find X10 phones will come with a staggering price tag.
According to Dealabs, the standard Find X10 in a 12GB RAM and 512GB storage configuration will reportedly launch in Europe for €1,499. Meanwhile, the top-tier Find X10 Pro Max is set to land at €1,799 for the same memory tier. To put those numbers into perspective, last year’s Find X9 launched at €999 for an identical 12GB/512GB layout. This means European buyers are looking at a massive €500 price jump in a single generation.
Why prices are rising and specs are changing
Industry analysts point toward rising global costs for RAM and storage, driven by heavy AI hardware demand, as a major reason behind the price spikes. That memory pressure seems to affect configuration choices too, as leaks indicate Europe will not receive any 16GB RAM options despite Oppo selling them in China.
European buyers will also notice a few hardware tweaks compared to the Chinese variants. Both European models drop down to a 7,150mAh battery capacity, leaving behind the massive 8,000mAh cells included in Chinese units. Official IP69 and IP69K water resistance ratings also seem omitted from European promotional sheets. Meanwhile, the budget-friendly Find X10e variant appears absent from French preview pages entirely.
Flagship camera hardware and preorder incentives
Despite the higher entry cost, the underlying hardware remains impressive. The Find X10 Pro Max runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro chip and features a landmark camera setup boasting three separate 200MP rear sensors co-developed with Hasselblad. European color options include Titanium Gray and White Moon for the Pro Max, alongside Glacier Blue and Mist Gray. There’s also an online-exclusive Coral shade for the base Find X10.
To soften the price blow, Oppo is planning several launch promotions through its official store. Early buyers can score a €150 discount on the base model or €200 off the Pro Max by putting down a small deposit. This will drop the effective launch prices to €1,349 and €1,599 respectively. Lastly, preorders also come with a free bundled gift, such as the Oppo Pad 5, the Watch X3, or a specialized Hasselblad teleconverter lens kit.
