Southern Impression Homes has delivered the first phase of LyvWell at Harmony, a 213-unit build-to-rent townhome community at 9002 S. Collins St. in Arlington. LyvWell at Harmony marks a first-time partnership among Southern Impression Homes, Alpaca Real Estate, and LyvWell Communities. The Dallas Business Journal reports Southern Impression Homes is a subsidiary of Japan’s Sumitomo Forestry, which acquired an 80% interest in the company in 2023.
LyvWell at Harmony — which has two-, three- and four-bedroom homes — should be complete in 18 months, and some units are already leasing. LyvWell at Harmony units range from $2,715 a month for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit to $3,230 a month for a four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit. Square footage ranges from 1,355 to 1,872.
The company has one community underway in Austin and another in the works in San Antonio.
