International full-service architecture firm RDC has opened a new 2,400-square-foot DC Metro office located at One Loundon in Ashburn, Virginia.
Located at 20365 Exchange Street, the new office will be home to RDC’s National Retail architecture studio. “We chose One Loudoun as our new office location for the dynamic mix of retail and dining amenities,” said RDC Principal Joseph Serruya. “Our culture is that we embrace hybrid work, and where our time spent in the office is one to look forward to, enhanced by the experiences within our space and community.”
Designed by Phoenix Design One, the Loundon County features a natural palette of concrete floors, exposed ceilings, acoustical fixtures, tectum panels, and ash wood-look millwork. Serruya worked together with PDO Principal Sophia Humphrey to create a hospitality-inspired concept for the new RDC workplace, complete with soft seating options, enclosed and open meeting spaces, large collaboration tables, and both dedicated and flexible workstations.
