
PMG and LNDMRK Development secured $126 million in construction financing for Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences, an eight-story condominium rising at 2600 NW 2nd Avenue in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. The property will consist of 233 furnished residences. Expected completion is Q2 2028.
Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences will be the first building to allow owners to host both their residence and private office on Airbnb year-round, supported by full-service on-site management that combines hospitality-level service with ownership flexibility.
Construction financing was provided by Madison Realty Capital and Siguler Guff. ASG Equities, the seller of the land to the joint venture, will retain ownership of the retail component and hold a minority interest in the residential portion of the development.
The transaction was led by PMG’s Capital Markets team composed of Andrew Warman, Jonathan Blank, and Paton Marion
The project is designed by architecture firm CUBE 3, Besides a fitness center, additional amenities include The Sky Swim Lounge, featuring an elevated rooftop pool with cabanas.
