PMB, a leading healthcare real estate developer, and Loma Linda University Health with Lifepoint Rehabilitation, a business unit of Lifepoint Health, recently broke ground on a new, 99,000-square-foot, 80-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Redlands. Located at 11207 New Jersey., the three-story facility will function as a standalone hospital.

Loma Linda University Rehabilitation Hospital will be jointly operated by Loma Linda University Health and Lifepoint Rehabilitation and is anticipated to open in the summer of 2028. Upon completion, Loma Linda University Health will transition its existing inpatient rehabilitation unit to the new facility.
PMB’s partners on the project include general contractor Layton Construction, architect Material Design Architects and financing partner Harrison Street Asset Management.
