A new lease with AI-native fund administrator Hanover Park and the expansion and extension of PMG Worldwide’s existing space have been recent highlights at TF Cornerstone’s 387 Park Ave. South, which has seen more than 100,000 square feet of leasing activity in the past year. The recent transactions follow K Health’s long-term renewal and the expansion of another TAMI user completed in late 2025.
Hanover Park signed a lease for the building’s entire 10th floor, totaling approximately 19,269 square feet. PMG Worldwide renewed its lease on the entire second floor while expanding into the entire third floor, bringing its total footprint to approximately 38,744 square feet.
