We’ve already seen the OPPO Ace 6 Ultra, as OnePlus showed it… but only in one color. Well, now the company showed off the device in its second color. Here, we’ll check out the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra in a Metal Storm colorway.
The OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra will also launch in a Metal Storm color
If you take a look at the gallery below, you’ll see the aforementioned device. Metal Storm color seems to be a silver color based on these renders. The last image in the gallery even shows it next to the other model, the Ace Awakening variant.
Now, there’s a good chance that quite a few people interested in this gaming device will go for the Ace Awakening variant. Why? Well, because of the neon writing on the back, it simply looks different. The Metal Storm looks kind of regular, which is a good thing, as there are two considerably different options on offer here.
The phone will feature a flat display with a centered display camera hole up top. Its frame will be flat all around, and the corners rounded. The back side of the device will be flat, while two cameras will sit in the top-left corner.
It will use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip, and have a huge battery
This gaming smartphone will utilize the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. OnePlus also said that a custom kernel will be included, and it will optimize GPU rendering to help games hit a 165Hz refresh rate.
OnePlus is also planning to announce a gaming controller that adds four physical buttons to the device. That controller will also include a cooling fan (magnetic and detachable), and its design was already shown to us a couple of days ago.
The device is also rumored to include a 6.78-inch 165Hz display and an 8,500mAh battery. The phone will become official on April 28 in China. We’re not sure if it will reach any other markets.
