If you’ve been eyeing Motorola’s latest flip phone lineup, you’re probably wondering where to buy the Motorola Razr 2026, and the good news is, you’ve got plenty of options. Whether you’re going unlocked or sticking with your carrier, Motorola made it pretty easy to get your hands on one.
Pre-orders kicked off May 14 at Amazon, Best Buy, and Motorola.com. Full availability expanded on May 21 to Boost Mobile, Spectrum Mobile, Verizon, Visible, Xfinity Mobile, Consumer Cellular, Google Fi Wireless, and Cox Mobile, with T-Mobile and Cricket Wireless coming in the months after. So yeah, there’s no shortage of places to grab one.
To be honest, buying unlocked is probably your best move. When you go unlocked through Amazon or Motorola.com, you skip the carrier bloatware, get faster software updates straight from Motorola, and you’re not locked into a 36-month installment plan. The unlocked Razr 2026 works on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most MVNOs, so you’re covered no matter who you’re with.
For the best deals, though, check Motorola.com directly. Motorola is bundling a pair of Moto Buds 2 Plus with the Razr 2026 and throwing in trade-in bonuses on top of the standard trade-in value, up to $200 extra on the base model. That can take a real bite out of the sticker price.
Speaking of price, the Motorola Razr 2026 costs $799 in the US. That’s $100 more than last year, but the upgrades soften the blow. Motorola swapped in a MediaTek Dimensity 7450X chip alongside a significantly upgraded 4,800mAh battery – about 12% bigger than the Razr 2025 – thanks to a move to Silicon-Carbon battery tech across the entire lineup.
On the display side, you’re getting a 6.9-inch Extreme AMOLED panel running at 1080 x 2640 with a 165Hz refresh rate, and a 3.6-inch cover screen for handling quick tasks without flipping it open. Camera-wise, it’s a dual 50MP setup, with new AI tricks like Rotate to Zoom in camcorder mode and an AI shutter for group shots.
