Govee Floor Lamp 3
Govee’s new flagship packs 288 LEDs, a class-leading 1,000K-10,000K white range, and LuminBlend+ tech that delivers zero color banding even at 1% brightness. With 2,100 lumens of double-sided skyline illumination, a single lamp can light up an entire 645-square-foot open-plan living room.
Govee Lantern Floor Lamp
This is an entirely new form factor for Govee, ditching the traditional column for a soft Halo Gradient glow that mimics sunsets and natural light phenomena. It pumps out 1,400 lumens across 320 square feet and includes a tap-to-cycle control on top, so you can switch effects without ever opening the app.
Govee is back with another floor lamp, and honestly, this one might be the most interesting yet. The company just announced two new lamps, the Floor Lamp 3 and the Lantern Floor Lamp, and they’re both powered by Govee’s new LuminBlend+ tech that we first heard about at CES 2026 earlier this year.
The Floor Lamp 3 is the headliner here. It’s the new flagship, and Govee is making some pretty bold claims about it. Specifically, it has the most accurate color reproduction of any smart floor lamp on the market. That’s a big swing. The lamp uses LuminBlend+ to render pastel and natural tones with zero color banding, even when you’ve dimmed it to 1% brightness. The tunable white range is wide, too, going from 1,000K up to 10,000K. That’s the widest range you’ll find on a floor lamp, period.
Inside, there are 288 LEDs total. 144 RGB and 144 warm-cool whites. That’s double what the previous model packed in. It also pumps out 2,100 lumens and covers up to 645 square feet, which is enough for an entire open-plan living room. The 170-degree double-sided design throws light across both the front and back walls, so you’re not just lighting up one corner. Govee also gave it a full design refresh with an aluminum alloy unibody and a dual-ring illuminated base that glows on its own, even when the main lamp is off. That’s a nice touch.
Halo Gradient Lighting in lantern form
The Lantern Floor Lamp is the more interesting one to me, just because it’s a totally new form factor for Govee. It uses Halo Gradient Lighting, which creates a soft, ring-shaped gradient glow rather than the typical column of light you’d expect. Think sunset-style warm-to-cool transitions, all radiating from a single lantern. It puts out 1,400 lumens and covers up to 320 square feet. There’s also a tap-to-cycle feature on the top of the lamp, so you can change effects without pulling out your phone.
Both lamps run AI Lighting Bot 2.0, which lets you describe a mood and have the lamp generate a scene to match. They also include DaySync for circadian rhythm scheduling and full Matter compatibility, plus support for Alexa, Google Home, and SmartThings. Govee is also launching a Floor Lamp 3 Lite as a more affordable mid-range option, rounding out a pretty deep floor lamp lineup at this point.
The Floor Lamp 3 is $169.99, the Lantern Floor Lamp is $129.99, and the Lite is also $129.99. All three are available starting today, May 7, on Amazon and Govee.com.
