If you are into tracking market trends, real-time stock price movements, and financial news, Google Finance shouldn’t be a stranger to you. For those unaware, it is a free, web-based financial platform and data aggregator that brings stocks, trends, market data, and news all in one place to help you understand what is moving the economy. Late last year, the company upgraded Google Finance with AI features. Now, the company is expanding the new AI-powered experience in Google Finance across Europe.
Google Finance’s new experience expands across Europe with AI-powered research, and more
Google Finance gets full local language support as part of its latest expansion across Europe. In a short update from yesterday, the company says the “reimagined experience” brings a suite of powerful features that help you better understand the financial world.

Among the four new features, AI-powered research is the highlight of the new Google Finance experience. Google notes that you can ask about anything, whether individual stocks or broader market trends. Once asked, Google Finance offers a comprehensive response using Gemini AI. You also get links that help you learn more about the information you searched for.
In case you want answers to more complex queries, Google recommends using Deep Search, which is now globally available in Google Finance. Notably, Google Finance is also getting visual upgrades. For example, you can now go beyond basic historical performance using the new charting tools. You can even view technical indicators like moving average envelopes or tap key moments on stock charts to understand the reason behind price changes on a given day.
You can also get AI-generated highlights of corporate earnings calls
As part of the reimagined Google Finance experience, users in Europe are also getting a refreshed news feed. In addition, the platform now offers expanded data for commodities and cryptocurrencies so you can stay updated as markets move. Last but not least, the tech giant has also upgraded Google Finance with the live earnings feature. It allows you to keep track of corporate earnings calls with live audio and synced transcripts. Moreover, you also get AI-generated annotated highlights that point out the information that may matter to you the most.
