CRG has sold Building C at The Cubes at Mesa Gateway, a 1.2-million-square-foot warehouse. The build-to-suit warehouse is fully leased to Lowe’s serving as a regional hub. Cushman & Wakefield, who represented CRG and procured the buyer, reports the transaction stands as the largest single-building industrial sale in Phoenix of 2026.
The sale of the newly delivered Class A industrial facility was coordinated by Will Strong, Molly Miller, Jack Stamets, Michael Matchett, and Madeline Warren of Cushman & Wakefield.
Hadrian, the advanced manufacturing company, recently announced plans to establish a large-scale manufacturing and software hub in Building A. The 270,000-square foot facility represents a $200 million investment. The Cubes at Mesa Gateway consists of over 4 million square feet of warehouse space.
