
Cousins Properties is selling One Eleven Congress. Built in 1987, the 503,344-square-foot, 30-story building is the seventh-largest office tower in Austin. While no sales price has been disclosed, The Austin Business Journal reports Cousins spent $522 million in Dec. 2024 to purchase downtown’s Sail Tower, which was built in 2023.
As of June 2025, One Eleven Congress was 84% leased. The building is home to Fareground, a food hall with dining options including Austin Rotisserie, Ciccio Bomba, Desnudo, Four Brothers, Taco Pegaso and more.
Cousins is the fourth-largest commercial building owner in the Austin area with 21 buildings totaling 5.9 million square feet.
Cousins owns several of The Domain’s office buildings, downtown’s 300 Colorado and Colorado Tower and more.
