Colliers announced that it has moved its D.C. headquarters to 1919 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. The new office occupies more than 18,000 square feet in the heart of the city with direct access to the Metro, nearby amenities, and major commercial corridors. The space is designed to bring teams together while providing flexible areas for collaboration, private work, and client engagement as the office continues to grow.
Situated along Pennsylvania Avenue, the office features a collaborative layout with open and closed offices, huddle rooms, and wellness rooms. “As our team continues to expand, we wanted a space that reflects who we are and supports the way we work together,” said Matt Gannon, Executive Managing Director | Washington, D.C. & Head of Agency Leasing at Colliers. “This new office gives us the opportunity to bring our professionals closer together, strengthen collaboration across our business, and continue attracting top talent while delivering the best possible experience for our clients.”
The office will also welcome teams from Colliers Engineering & Design, including specialized practice groups focused on interiors, federal and municipal projects, as well as Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services.
