Roadkill Nights Gets a Different Kind of Performance Car
Roadkill Nights is where you go for tire smoke and big horsepower. This year, Dodge did not disappoint, rolling out the 2027 Charger Super Bee – a 600-horsepower beast packing a twin-turbo 3.0-liter straight-six.
But it wasn’t just muscle cars and horsepower overload. Chrysler crashed the party with not one, but two Pacifica concepts – different from last year’s off-roader creation. And one of them? It actually makes the idea of a V-Series minivan sound less crazy than you’d think.
Both builds are Chrysler’s way of proving the Pacifica isn’t just for soccer practice and grocery runs. The brand says younger buyers are flocking to minivans, with Gen Z and Millennials up 143% in the last decade.

The VANkulture Pacifica Is the Interesting One
The real showstopper is the VANkulture Pacifica Concept, built with help from the minivan-obsessed crew at VANkulture. This thing takes the Pacifica way past anything you’ll find in a Chrysler showroom, with a look and hardware that mean business.
It wears a custom VIS Racing aero kit – front lip, side skirts, rear diffuser, and a decklid spoiler all included. The satin PPF wrap, black accents, and smoked headlights push the Pacifica straight into motorsport territory.
Underneath, things get even wilder. The Pacifica sits on 20-inch Vossen wheels with fat 275/40R20 Kenda track tires, plus Megan Racing coilovers (32-way adjustable, if you’re counting) and custom Swift Springs. The whole van drops by 2.5 inches, just to make sure you notice.
Stopping power comes from massive Rotora brakes – eight-piston calipers and 15.4-inch rotors up front, four-piston and 14-inch out back. A MagnaFlow exhaust makes sure everyone hears you coming.
Chrysler isn’t calling this a V-Series, at least not yet, plus it doesn’t come with any power bump. But if they ever want to slap a performance badge on the Pacifica, this is the blueprint – a sort of rival to the wilder Honda Odyssey Type R.

A More Subtle Pacifica Shows Another Direction
The second concept is a little more down to earth. Starting with a 2027 Pacifica Limited AWD and the S Appearance Package, Chrysler added some Mopar flavor but kept things tame enough that you could imagine it rolling off the assembly line.
It gets 21-inch Geode wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero summer tires, black brake calipers, a one-inch drop in ride height, red seat belts, and matte stripes from Mopar’s design team.
Neither of these is headed for production as a V-Series Pacifica. But the VANkulture build leaves us wondering: if Dodge gets performance Chargers, why shouldn’t Chrysler have a minivan that can keep up?
