BH Properties, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm with a regional office in San Francisco, has completed a multimillion-dollar capital improvement program at Anchorage Square, its 153,000-square-foot mixed-use complex along Fisherman’s Wharf. As the property emerges from its repositioning, it has been officially renamed Anchor’s Landing.
Acquired in the summer of 2023, the property was originally constructed in 1974 and includes 93,000 square feet of office and retail space, a 127-key San Francisco Marriott Fisherman’s Wharf and an adjacent five-story, 685-stall parking structure.
Working in collaboration with BCV Architects and RDL Construction, BH Properties’ in-house construction management team added all-new façades and storefront systems along Jefferson Street, tenant eyebrow signage, upgraded architectural lighting, modern exterior color scheme, modernized public restrooms, refreshed common areas and enhanced wayfinding throughout the property.
“Anchor’s Landing represents our commitment to investing in high-profile, irreplaceable locations and creating experiential retail environments that drive traffic and long-term value,” said Jim Brooks, president of BH Properties. “This renovation blends contemporary design, cutting-edge digital engagement, and curated tenancy to reintroduce the property as a premier destination along San Francisco’s waterfront.”
