TailoredSpace continues its expansion across Southern California suburbs with its latest location in Solano Beach. With this opening, TailoredSpace will now operate six coworking locations in San Diego County and 17 active locations across the SoCal region.
The Solana Beach coworking site, at 990 Highland Dr., totals 9,700 square feet. It offers executive suites, private offices, coworking desks and virtual offices memberships. Located near the I-5 Freeway, the campus overlooks the Del Mar Racetrack and offers walkable retail and dining options.
“With our suburban focus, we are capturing a demographic which includes both business owners and mid-career professionals who are established in these areas,” said TailoredSpace co-founder Drew Sanden. “That is why occupancy in our suburban locations has seen consistent year-over-year growth, outperforming occupancy in traditional downtown office high-rises. We’ve targeted the suburban markets, because even those working from home need a professional, distraction-free environment to be productive.”
