BentallGreenOak (BGO) and Greenlaw Partners purchased River Park 6 in Butts County for $70 million. The 724,687-square-foot warehouse is part of River Park industrial campus, which is slated to grow to 21 million square feet of space.
Waterloo Partners and ICM Property Group were the sellers. Travelpro leases part of River Park 6. The development is 46% leased. The warehouse was delivered in late 2023. ICB boasts that the investment delivered a positive return, supported by strong underlying fundamentals and institutional demand for well-located industrial assets.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports that BGO took over as owner at 101 Aquila Way, a 313,000-square-foot former data center property on the eastern edge of Douglas County, in tandem with Massachusetts-based Saracen Properties.
Waterloo Partners is a privately held real estate investment firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, focused on the development, acquisition, and operation of industrial assets across the Southeastern United States.
