HIZERO came to Berlin this week for IFA with a new product portfolio. But the one that really caught our eye was the HIZERO GLIDE. This is the company’s new robot vacuum, which uses its proprietary No Suction Technology.
Known for its premium upright wet-and-dry hard-floor cleaners like the AURA and HERO, the brand is officially venturing into robotic floor care to build out a complete smart-home cleaning ecosystem.
The standout element of the GLIDE is HIZERO’s proprietary No Suction Technology. Most robot vacuums rely on high-powered suction motors that expel exhaust air, produce loud whirring noises, and depend on HEPA filters that clog over time. The GLIDE skips traditional suction and HEPA filters altogether, resulting in zero exhaust emissions and whisper-quiet operation that reduces typical robot vacuum noise.
Instead of sucking up dirt with air, the robot utilizes HIZERO’s patented bionic polymer roller system. This enables real-time continuous self-cleaning directly on the main unit while it cleans your hard floors. Unlike conventional robot mops that drag dirty pads around your house until they return to a bulky base station to wash, the GLIDE’s roller cleans itself constantly on the go.
A Smarter, Cleaner Hard Floor Solution
The core technology behind the GLIDE separates solid debris from liquid waste while recycling up to 97% of the water used during operation. That translates to high water efficiency, lower energy consumption, and durable cleaning performance without leaving messy streaks across hard surfaces.
With the GLIDE, HIZERO aims to move beyond traditional brooms, mops, and noisy suction-based robots to deliver a truly self-sufficient hard-floor maintenance tool. Following its late-August launch, the GLIDE marks an ambitious next step for the brand as it expands its footprint across more than 30 global markets.
