Skanska announced the upcoming openings of two retail tenants at Kaye, its new 31-story residential tower in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. Boutique fitness concept BODYROK is projected to open in early May, followed by Eva’s Café & Bar, scheduled to debut early June.
“These two openings deliver exactly what Kaye was designed for: a vibrant, resident and community-centered street level that reflects and enhances the energy of Belltown,” said Charlie Foushée, executive vice president and regional manager at Skanska. “BODYROK and Eva’s aren’t just tenants; they’re experience-driven destinations that will help contribute to downtown’s continued momentum and provide our residents with further amenities in the building.”
BODYROK is set to open its first Washington state location at Kaye in an approximately 4,100-square-foot studio. The Kaye location will serve as the anchor for BODYROK’s broader Seattle expansion, with additional studios planned across the region. Opening shortly after BODYROK, Eva’s Café & Bar will introduce a versatile, hospitality-driven concept designed to serve Belltown residents, downtown workers, and visitors in a 1,100-square-foot space.
