Last year, OnePlus launched its flagship Pad 3 tablet, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. And now, out of nowhere, the company has teased the launch of a new tablet in India. While the moniker and specifications remain unknown, speculations suggest the device is none other than the OnePlus Pad 3 Pro.
OnePlus teases new tablet launch in India, possibly OnePlus Pad 3 Pro
On its official X/Twitter handle, OnePlus India has teased the arrival of a new tablet. While the teaser doesn’t reveal much information about the tab, it features a tagline that reads ‘Exceptional Power.’ This likely means the upcoming tablet is going to focus on performance.

Further, the teaser image gives us a good glimpse at the mysterious tablet‘s design. The image highlights a clean rear panel with a pill-shaped camera module. It appears to include a single camera lens along with an LED flash. The design looks pretty much like the OnePlus Pad 3 with no major dimensional or visual changes.
While unknown, it could be the OnePlus Pad 3 Pro
As said earlier, the company has not officially confirmed the tablet’s name. However, the speculation strongly suggests this could be the OnePlus Pad 3 Pro. The teaser phrase hints at strong internal hardware. Given that the standard OnePlus Pad 3 already features the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite, it’s unlikely this new model would sport a weaker chipset. Since we are still a long way from a Pad 4 release, all signs point to this being the Pro variant.
Talking about the rumored specifications, the OnePlus Pad 3 Pro could feature the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 mobile chipset. In terms of display, it is expected to pack a 13.2-inch LED panel with 3.2K resolution and up to 144Hz high refresh rate. The panel is said to be Dolby Vision certified. It could be available in multiple variants, with the top model offering 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
