Construction is now underway on the first retail phase of Silveron Park, a specialty retail project that is part of a mixed-use development slated for the southeast corner of Lakeside Village Boulevard and International Parkway in Flower Mound. The town is oughly 25 miles northeast of Fort Worth.
The project’s first phase of retail consists of 17,400 square feet of shop space with drive-through pads available. At full buildout, Silveron Park will include 40,000 square feet of retail, 525,000 square feet of office space, and 200 luxury apartments.  Phase I is expected to be completed this fall.
Weitzman is managing the development of Silveron Park’s retail. Weitzman’s Ben Terry, Lynn Van Amburgh and Avery Frisbie handle leasing for the center. The general contractor is Spring Valley Construction Company.
