For decades, off-road vehicles have been very popular in the US. There are a few reasons for this, with one of the main ones being the sheer amount of wide, open space, and all the far-flung places we can drive to, many of which are found far from paved roads. Not to mention, many rural communities and dwellings lie well off the beaten path, meaning owning an off-road SUV or some other four-wheel-drive vehicle is a must for many people.
