Last month, Vivo launched a few smartphones under the X300 lineup. Now, fresh rumors are popping up online about the upcoming Vivo X500 lineup. Speaking of which, last week, Weibo tipster Smart Pikachu shared the camera details of the Vivo X500 Pro Max. Now, the same tipster has shared some extra specs of the Vivo X500 Pro Max.
Vivo X500 Pro Max leak: Massive display & battery, 200MP periscope telephoto
In a Weibo post, the tipster hinted that the Vivo X500 lineup could feature two models with 6.4-inch and 6.9-inch display sizes. The Vivo X500 Pro Max will likely include a 2K LTPO OLED display, featuring a 144Hz screen refresh rate.
Vivo might also launch another X500 model featuring a 6.59-inch display, though there aren’t many details about it for now. Adding a bit more to the previous leak, the tipster also mentioned that the Pro Max model will sport a 50MP primary camera using a LOFIC sensor. Interestingly, the device could also feature a 200MP periscope telephoto camera and include a multispectral sensor.
In a separate leak, popular Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS) has also hinted at a 2nm flagship chip. Just to be clear, the tipster hasn’t added the name of the device. The machine-translated version of the post only mentions a “next-generation flagship.” Since the leak also points to a 50MP LOFIC camera, we are assuming that the tipster is likely linking the chipset to the Vivo X500 Pro Max.
Big battery likely on board
Some additional rumors suggest that the device could also pack a big 7,000mAh battery. The device is also tipped to come with 100W fast wired charging support. If accurate, that will be a big jump from the Vivo X300 Pro’s 6,000mAh battery. Based on the initial leaked details, it seems Vivo is readying yet another camera beast in the form of the Vivo X500 Pro Max.
