
Turnbridge Equities is pursuing permission from the City of Raleigh to build a 20-story tower and single-story retail building near Nash Square. The development will have 220 residential units, 20,984 square feet of retail space and a parking deck. Â
The Triangle Business Journal reports that plans show the 20-story building will have 160 one-bedroom units, 58 two-bedroom units and two three-bedroom units in 244,452 square feet of residential space. The ground floor will have 17,239 square feet of retail space split into four suites and two restaurant spaces. The 20th floor will have a rooftop swimming pool.Â
Turnbridge is also the developer behind the Highline Glenwood tower in Glenwood South that will rise 37 stories. The company also has plans to redevelop the Seaboard Train Station.Â
