United Integrated Services (UIS), an engineering service provider to the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, acquired 29 acres of land at the Mack Innovation Park, located adjacent to the Deer Valley Airport in Phoenix, Arizona. The company paid $41 million for the land.
DAUM’s Bob Lundstedt, Skip Corley, Jr. and Chase Heinemann represented UIS.
Lundstedt added, “This land parcel offered UIS the proximity and space for its planned development of a 480,000 square-foot facility supporting operations in the region, and just minutes from TSMC’s rapidly growing North Phoenix campus.”
The transaction comes amid sustained strength in the Phoenix industrial market as a whole. According a recent report from DAUM, the region continues to experience strong demand and significant development activity, with Q1 seeing increased absorption and tightening vacancies amidst more than 12 million square feet of industrial space under construction.
