Greenberg Gibbons announced that Trader Joe’s and Onelife Fitness are joining Midtown64 – a $500 million, 46-acre mixed-use destination in Richmond, Virginia. The first phase of development at Midtown64, which includes the project’s retail component, is expected to be completed in 2028.
“Our vision for Midtown64 is to create a vibrant, welcoming destination that becomes part of people’s everyday lives,” said Eric Walter, president of Greenberg Gibbons. “Bringing Trader Joe’s and Onelife Fitness to the community gives residents, employees, and visitors two sought-after places to shop, work out, and spend time.”
Trader Joe’s and Onelife Fitness will anchor up to 130,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and entertainment space at Midtown64. Located at the intersection of West Broad Street and Interstate 64, the mixed-use development will also feature up to 300,000 square feet of office space, nearly 1,000 apartments, 194 for-sale townhomes, and a hotel.
