Faraday Future has had a tumultuous start as an automaker. It went through a four-year federal investigation into allegations of false and misleading statements made amid the automaker’s plan to become a publicly traded company. The Securities and Exchange Commission ended the probe without imposing sanctions against Faraday Future in 2026.
