Google’s Pixel bootloop bug has had users begging for a fix since the issue first surfaced back in March following the March update. Understandably so, because having your device bootloop over and over kind of throws a wrench in things. Thankfully, it seems that Google has figured out a solution for the Pixel bootloop bug and has a process to fix this issue for users.
While this problem wasn’t impacting all Pixel users once it started, it initially surfaced back with the March Pixel update. Since it’s now June, it’s obviously been a long few months for those with the issue. If you’ve yet to come up with a solution to it, it seems like Google now may be able to help to the point that your device may be able to be restored.

There is one big caveat worth mentioning to this fix and it’s that users can’t simply follow a short and simple list of steps here to get things back to normal. As reported by 9To5Google, the fix appears to be a fairly personalized series of steps that Google will walk through with each user. With that being said, there’s no indication of what any one user’s fix will be, because it sounds like it will be different for each user.
According to Google’s updated guidance on the issue, “the best path forward depends on your device’s specific state.” With this being the case, Google says users will need to contact Pixel support for the specific steps to resolve the issue. Basically, contact Pixel support right away if you want to fix the issue quickly at this point. Presumably, the more people that contact support, the longer wait times may be. So you’re probably better off getting in contact sooner rather than later.
