It’s fair to say Koenigsegg knows a thing or two about building an engine. While in its formative years, it leant on modified Ford V8s to set records for the most powerful production cars on planet earth, it’s grown to the point that its in-house powertrains are now revered for their power, ferocity, and technological advancement. It helps that the packages they’re strapped into are equally incredible, but even in isolation, a Koenigsegg V8, or perhaps even inline-three, is something special to behold.
