Having a tight budget when trying to find a new car can be a tough spot to be in. New cars are essentially out of the question, unless you’re willing to deal with a potentially large monthly payment. So, most of us are relegated to perusing the classified ads, checking out the CarBuzz Marketplace, or just hitting the pavement in hopes of finding a reasonably-priced, used car.
