- Partners Real Estate hired Jon Carrasco as Senior Vice President of Research, based in Houston. In his new role, Mr. Carrasco will focus on leading and expanding the depth of Partners’ Texas research platform, enhancing the market intelligence the firm is able to deliver to its brokers and clients across Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas. Prior to joining Partners, Mr. Carrasco led research teams at CBRE, Madison Marquette, and, most recently, Avison Young.
- Alliance Industrial Company promoted Chad Parrish to Chief Investment Officer (CIO). Parrish previously served as Managing Director for Alliance Industrial, achieving milestones in every key indicator, overseeing 10 million square feet of development, 3 divisions launched, 6 markets expanded and $1.2B capital investments raised.
- 30-year commercial real estate veteran and retail expert Stan Lotridge has joined Edge Realty Partners Dallas office as a Principal. Lotridge will be responsible for working with retailers and retail landlords on their leasing and investment needs throughout the Southwest with an emphasis on North Texas, Oklahoma and Northern Louisiana. Lotridge most recently served as senior vice president with CBRE.Â
- Lee & Associates is pleased to announce it has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for Sugar Creek on the Lake, a Class A office property located at 14141 SW Freeway in Sugar Land, Texas. The assignment will be led by Wade Bowlin and Blaine Sinclair, who will oversee leasing efforts and strategic positioning for the approximately 516,526-square-foot, 10-story office building.
- Riverside has named Travis Robertson, a long-term retail industry veteran with nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience, to lead the retail brokerage division. Robertson joins Riverside from JLL, and prior to that, played a foundational role at The Retail Connection, serving as one of the firm’s first brokerage professionals in Central Texas and helping establish its Austin operations. He began his career at the Weitzman Group’s Austin office.
