The site features a fully gut-rehabbed, state-of-the-art facility positioned along a high-traffic retail corridor. Delivered as a modernized, turnkey asset, the property drew strong interest from both investors and owner-users seeking upgraded restaurant product in established suburban locations.
Spero Adamis, Joe Grody, and Lina Adamis of SVN Chicago Commercial represented the seller, while Anthony Di Mauro of Raki Consulting represented the buyer, Tacos El Tio, a restaurant chain in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
