Stotan Industrial has acquired an approximately 20-acre property at 711 Rankin Road in Houston through an off-market transaction and plans to develop Stotan Crossings 45, a 345,286-square-foot Class A industrial facility. The project marks Stotan’s entry into the Houston market and expands its Texas development portfolio to approximately 1.8 million square feet.Â
Located in the heart of Houston’s North submarket, Stotan Crossings 45 will provide seamless to Interstate 45, Hardy Toll Road, Beltway 8, and George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
The development will replace an existing 40,000-square-foot building with a modern cross-dock facility featuring 68 dock positions, 47 trailer parking spaces, and 217 automobile parking spaces. Designed to accommodate logistics, distribution, and manufacturing users, Stotan Crossings 45 is expected to begin construction in the third quarter of 2026.
Greg Holmes, Jason Dillee, and Savannah Smith at CBRE will oversee leasing for the project. ARCO Design/Build will serve as the project’s general contractor
