Stonelake is moving forward on a project that will have around 470 residences for lease, along with 10,000 square feet of food and beverage space on the project’s ground floor. The Dallas Business Journal reports that the project, at 1700 S. Lamar Blvd., is planned as a six-story building, but the latest zoning ruling would allow Stonelake to build up to 90 feet.
Three properties currently occupy the development site, which includes some commercial buildings and a duplex residence. They’ll be demolished before Stonelake can build its new venture. The company plans to break ground in Q1 of next year,
The project’s architect is KTGY.
Stonelake has 2.43 million square feet of space owned across 34 properties. The developer owns properties including Georgetown Logistics, Domain Tower II and 415 Colorado.
