The Hamilton Company has leased approximately 10,000 square feet to Sprit Halloween at 55 Riverside Ave. in Medford, MA, which formerly housed a CVS. The retailer will open more than 1,550 seasonal locations this year across strip malls and shopping centers throughout North America, signaling the start of the Halloween season.
“We are excited to have Spirit Halloween in our building in Medford,” said Jameson Brown, chairman and CEO of The Hamilton Company. “They have an impressive history that spans more than four decades as America’s leading Halloween-themed retailer.”
Spirit Halloween’s in-house counsel represented the retailer during the leasing negotiations. The Hamilton Company was represented by Carol Rash, The Hamilton Company’s Director of Commercial Property & Asset Management.
“Seasonal retail or ‘pop-up’ stores are growing total revenue and market presence at a significant pace each year,” said Rash. “Spirit Halloween is a category leader, and we’re thrilled with their occupancy of 55 Riverside Ave.”
