
Slatt Capital arranged a $9.49 million acquisition loan for the Home2 Suites, a 90-room hospitality property located in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Built in 2016, the property was financed on a three-year term with a 25-year amortization schedule and an 18-month interest-only period. Slatt Capital’s Neil Holliday led the transaction, with Bret Piekaar serving as analyst. The financing was secured through Chambers Bank and supported the buyer’s acquisition of the well-located, branded hospitality asset.
“Home2 Suites is a strong, stabilized asset in the Fort Smith market, and we were able to secure financing that reflects both the quality of the property and the strength of the sponsorship,” said Holliday. The property’s strong performance, brand affiliation, and Fort Smith location were key factors in underwriting the loan.
Located at 7400 Phoenix Avenue, the property offers easy access to Fort Smith Airport and Mercy Hospital, Parrot Island Water Park, and the Fort Smith Regional Art Museum.
