Samsung has just announced the latest member of the Galaxy S26 family, the Galaxy S26 FE or Fan Edition.
This year, the Galaxy S26 FE is a pretty solid upgrade over the Galaxy S25 FE, but of course it comes with a price increase, which we’ll get to in a minute.
Samsung is still equipping the Galaxy S26 FE with a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, powered by the Exynos 2500 processor, with 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage. Interestingly, this is the only Galaxy S26 model that comes with 128GB of storage; the others start at 256GB.
The Galaxy S26 FE does stick with a 4,900mAh battery, and there’s no silicon carbon in this one. That’s remaining with the foldables, for now. This also comes with 45W wired and 15W wireless charging.
Samsung brings My FanCam over to the Galaxy S26 FE
In a bit of a surprise move, Samsung is bringing My FanCam to the Galaxy S26 FE. This was first announced with the new foldables last month and can automatically track a selected person, keeping them centered and intelligently reframing the video as the scene moves. This allows you to turn dynamic moments into social-ready content faster.
Another fan-favorite feature, Super Steady with Horizontal Lock, is also coming to the Galaxy S26 FE. This debuted on the Galaxy S26 series back in February and helps you capture smoother, more level footage while filming fast-moving activities. Now you can film while walking without needing a gimbal to get smooth footage.
The recent AI additions from One UI 9 are also on board here. This includes the updated Now Brief, Now Nudge, and Circle to Search with Google.
The Samsung Galaxy S26 FE will be available from select carriers starting on September 3, and from Samsung.com, carriers, and retailers nationwide starting on September 4. Samsung is offering the Galaxy S26 FE in Pistachio, Blueberry, and Graphite colors, starting at $699.
