RPM Raceway, an immersive racing and entertainment destination, plans to open its first Midwest location in the Chicago area.
The new location is set to open at Brookfield’s Oakbrook Center in Oak Brook, Illinois. The 90,000-square-foot space will transform the former Sony Pictures Entertainment venue, marking RPM Raceway’s fifth location nationwide and its first in Illinois. The venue will feature more than 45,000 square feet of multi-level karting across two tracks, offering pro, adult and junior racing. Together, the two tracks form the RPM Megatrack, the longest multi-level go-kart track in the Midwest.
“RPM Oakbrook is our most ambitious venue yet and our first step into the Midwest. Through our partnership with Sony Pictures Entertainment, we’re bringing the Chicago area its longest multi-level go-kart track and a competitive entertainment experience built for families, friends, and colleagues,” said Andrew Farage, Founder and CEO of RPM Raceway.
