
Rosendin Electric purchased a two-story, 100,622-square-foot medical office building on the Allred Park Place office campus and will convert it into its new regional headquarters. The Phoenix Business Journal reports Rosendin bought the building for $17.7 million.
Todd Noel and Michael Rosendin of Colliers represented Rosendin Electric in the acquisition. Michael Strittmatter with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Douglas Allred Company.
Rosendin is investing about $25 million for tenant improvements on the building.
Once renovated, the new office will bring together about 260 employees from the company’s from varous sectors of the company’s Mountain West region. New additions to the office will include a training center, space for the innovation teams, a green room for marketing teams and a technology lab.
Rosendin is currently operating out of a few locations in Mesa, Tempe and Phoenix, but the Tempe and Phoenix sites will be consolidated into the new Chandler office. Construction is about to begin with the office slated to open in the first quarter of 2027.
