RAMROCK Real Estate acquired Ridgmar Mall (shown) and plans to redevelop the property as Ridgmar 30 Logistics Crossing, a six-building Class A development totaling approximately 930,960 square feet. Located at the northeast corner of Interstate 30 and State Highway 183 in Fort Worth, the project will replace the long-vacant mall with an institutional-quality logistics campus.
As part of the redevelopment effort, RAMROCK has partnered with KBC Advisors and Lincoln Property Company to assist with project planning, leasing and development execution.Â
RAMROCK is working with the City of Fort Worth and Tarrant County on planning and entitlement efforts, and local officials have expressed support for the project’s potential to revitalize the site, generate new investment, create jobs and contribute to the area’s long-term economic development goals. The project follows more than two years of engagement with elected officials and community leaders to evaluate the site’s redevelopment potential.
