P&G Power Company has signed a lease to occupy approximately 4,200 square feet of office space at 108 N. Main Street in Crown Point, Indiana. The move marks a strategic investment in the firm’s commitment to delivering enhanced service in Northwest Indiana and the greater region.
P&G Power Co. is a full-service electric utility contractor specializing in overhead and underground distribution, transmission maintenance and construction, substation construction, fiber optics, renewable energy, street and traffic lighting, and storm recovery services. P&G Power Co. remains focused on expanding its capabilities while continuing to provide critical utility infrastructure services that help power communities across the country. Latitude Commercial Senior Broker Chandler Kimmel with the firm’s office group division brokered the office lease transaction.
