ParkProperty Capital acquired The Jane, a 280-unit multifamily in the Brookwood district of Atlanta, adjacent to Buckhead. The property was traded for $75 million. CWS Capital Partners was the seller.
The property was named after the local golf legend Bobby Jones’ putter, Calamity Jane. Brookwood sits adjacent to the Bobby Jones Golf Course. Once called Marquis at Buckhead, The Jane is located steps away from the Beltline Northside Trail along Colonial Homes Drive Northwest. The community features one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a saltwater pool, two sundecks, outdoor sporting and recreation area, and a regulation-size Bocce Ball court .
ParkProperty Capital plans to renovate the community’s interiors to better align with the property’s branding and pay tribute to its contemporary Southern exterior architecture. ParkProperty Capital purchased an adjacent multifamily property, The Monroe, in 2022.
The company owns additional multifamily assets in U.S. metros such as Houston, Charlotte, Austin, Seattle and Phoenix.
