OHT Partners has begun construction of a 360-unit apartment complex called Park Row at 14192 Park Row Blvd. in Houston. OHT recently broke ground on another project, 5 miles to the west on Park Row Boulevard.
Dubbed Park Row, it will have 11 three-story buildings, a clubhouse, a pet spa and a bike storage facility on 13.7 acres.
The one- and two-bedroom units will range from 702 to 1,257 square feet. Community amenities include a fitness room, coworking areas with private offices, a kitchen, package lockers, a resort-style pool with cabanas, a dog park and wash, a pickleball court, detached garages, electric vehicle chargers and outdoor grills.
Meeks + Partners is the architect for the project, and OHT serves as its own general contractor.
OHT anticipates starting pre-leasing in the second quarter of next year and complete the complex in the second quarter of 2028. The rental rate will be determined around the time pre-leasing begins.
The company acquired the property last February.
