
- Real estate investment manager Clarion Partners LLC announced that Josh Pristaw will join its senior leadership team as managing director and president. Pristaw joins Clarion from Pretium, an investment firm with $60 billion under management across U.S. residential real estate, residential credit, and corporate credit.Â

- NAI James E. Hanson, reportedly the largest New Jersey-based full-service independent commercial real estate firm, has launched its newly created Institutional Services Group and has hired Jordan Avanzato as senior managing director. Avanzato most recently served as managing director of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, in the company’s New Jersey office. Over his career, Jordan has been involved in more than $6 billion in commercial real estate transactions across the Northeast.Â
- Gerstman PLLC, a prominent New York City law firm focused on commercial real estate transactions, leasing, lobbying and government relations, announced an expansion of services tailored specifically for the Albanian American real estate community in New York City. Former Ambassador of Albania to the United Nations Adrian Neritani has joined the firm.Â
- Paul J. Proulx has joined Pryor Cashman’s New York office as a partner in the law firm’s Real Estate Group and Land Use + Zoning Practice. Proulx comes to Pryor Cashman from Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP, where he advised developers on sophisticated land use and real estate transactions.Â
- Northampton Capital Partners LLC, an alternative asset management firm focused on infrastructure investments in the middle market targeting the energy, digital, and other critical infrastructure sectors, has entered into an agreement to make a strategic investment in Blueprint Data Centers, a developer of data centers designed with flexibility to support high-performance computing workloads. Terms were not disclosed.Â
