The Motorola Signature 27 is the first phone to launch in the US with these kinds of specs. Including the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6, announced at Snapdragon Summit in September. It also has 12GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and a whopping 12,000-nit peak brightness display. It reaches about 3,000 nits in high brightness mode (sometimes referred to as “HDR brightness”).
As if that wasn’t enough, it also has a 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery and 90W wired charging. It’s a pretty incredible phone, and it’s a bit surprising that it’s coming from Motorola.

This is a beast of a phone from Motorola, and it’s coming at a great time. While prices are on the rise, we’re going to see more budget and mid-range phones be priced out of the market. That’s where Motorola has grown in North America over the past few years. So, launching a true flagship now, even at this incredibly high price, is a good move. The Motorola Signature 27 costs $1,599. That is higher than the Galaxy S26 Ultra, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and Google Pixel 11 Pro XL prices, but it will likely be similar to next year’s phones.
