The Motorola Razr Ultra 2026 is shaping up to be one of the best flip phones of the year, and Motorola is clearly putting a lot of thought into how it looks, not just how it performs.
At launch, you’ve got two colorways to choose from, which is down from the four options we had last year, but still some very good-looking options here.
First up is PANTONE Orient Blue. This one’s a rich, vivid purple-blue wrapped in Alcantara – the same premium Italian material you’ll find in luxury cars. Motorola added a micro-lattice embossed pattern to the surface that gives it real depth and texture. It feels as good as it looks. If you want something bold that still reads as premium, this is the one.
Then there’s PANTONE Cocoa. This is the quieter option, but don’t sleep on it. It’s a warm, earthy brown with a natural wood veneer finish that looks genuinely sophisticated. There’s something about the brushed texture on this one that just looks incredible in photos. It’s the kind of colorway that ages well and won’t look dated in two years.
Which One Should You Get?
Orient Blue is for people who want their phone to turn heads. Cocoa is for people who appreciate craftsmanship without the flash. Both are premium finishes that feel worthy of a $1,499.99 flagship, and make no mistake, that’s exactly what the Razr Ultra 2026 is. The Motorola Razr Ultra 2026 specs are quite impressive, too, though you might want more when you see the price. The Razr Ultra 2026 price starts at $1,499 this year. That’s $200 more than last year’s Ultra.
Pre-orders kick off May 14 at Best Buy, Amazon, and Motorola.com, with the phone going on sale universally unlocked on May 21. Either way you go, you’re picking up one of the best-looking flip phones on the market.
