Motorola is usually pretty good about releasing a variety of colors for its phones, but not for the Razr Plus 2026. In a move that is fairly uncharacteristic of the brand, Motorola has only released the Razr Plus 2026 in one color this year instead of multiple colors like it did with the 2025 model of the flip foldable, or like with the other variants of this year’s phone.
That color is, of course, the color you see in the image above, which is called PANTONE Mountain View. As the name suggests and as the image depicts, PANTONE Mountain View is a dark shade of green that is just green enough to pop a little bit, but not so green that it feels like an oversaturated mess.
PANTONE Mountain View is more of a subtle dark green hue that doesn’t feel muted. Instead, it gives off the vibe of staring at a landscape filled with lush green trees as if you’re standing in the middle of a forest, or somewhere atop a mountain range overlooking one.
Like the other colors of Motorola’s other Razr variations, the Razr Plus features a unique pattern and material finish to really set itself apart from the other models. Motorola does a pretty good job at working with PANTONE to create these unique-looking colors and finishes, and it’s one of the things about these Razr phones that people seem to really love. It isn’t clear why Motorola chose to launch the Razr Plus 2026 in only one color compared to the several options of the 2025 model which had three color options.
When can you buy the Motorola Razr Plus 2026?
The Motorola Razr Plus 2026 will go up for pre-order on May 14, and it officially releases on May 21. For pre-orders, you can get it from Motorola unlocked, and the unlocked model will also be available through Amazon and Best Buy. On May 21, you can buy it through AT&T if you have AT&T as your carrier. The phone will also work on Verizon and T-Mobile if you get the unlocked model. Verizon will not officially be selling it. T-Mobile will carry it, but it won’t launch with T-Mobile until later in the year.
