Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is headlining this week’s game drops for GeForce NOW, but it’s most certainly not the only highly anticipated game joining the service this week. As the month comes to a close next week, there will be one more round of new games added to stream through NVIDIA’s cloud gaming service, but this week ushers in six strong titles that have garnered lots of attention from fans. One of this year’s early hits, Crimson Desert, is making its debut on the service, but specifically the Epic Games Store version, as the Steam version was added earlier this year.
Crimson Desert is also launching the Charting the Unknown DLC on October 29. NVIDIA doesn’t say whether or not this will be available through GeForce NOW along with the base game its many, many updates that Pearl Abyss has pushed out for fans over the past several months, but it is expected.
GeForce NOW will have access to the Modern Warfare 4 multiplayer, campaign, and DMZ modes
You will still need to own Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 to play this game through GeForce NOW, and it will need to be the Steam version. However, you will get access to all three modes that the game is offering, which includes the very highly rated campaign mode, the ever-popular multiplayer mode, and DMZ, Call of Duty’s version of an extraction-based shooter mode. Additionally, GeForce NOW Ultimate members will be able to stream the game in the highest quality with RTX 5080-class performance. The Multiplayer isn’t officially live until midnight on October 23, but the campaign and DMZ are both already playable through early access in their respective launchers for those who have pre-ordered the game.
Outside of Modern Warfare 4 and Crimson Desert, GeForce NOW subscribers will get to stream Final Fantasy Resonance, We Were Here Tomorrow, the Epic Games Store version of Control Resonant, and Planet Zoo 2 from the Xbox app.
