With the demise of the gas-powered Dodge Challenger and Chevrolet Camaro, the Ford Mustang is a lone wolf or, more accurately, a horse, holding its head high and neighing its defiance at the increasingly tightening restrictions as they form an ever-tightening circle around it. Okay, so the imagery is a little strange, but the fact remains that V8 coupes are becoming the exception to the rule these days.
