McLaren dabbled in road cars throughout the brand’s history, most notably with the legendary F1, but it didn’t get serious about being an automaker until the 2000s. It started by collaborating with Mercedes on the SLR and then went independent when the MP4-12C hit the road in 2011. Since then, the company has become a legitimate player in the supercar game, with a range that includes the Artura and 750S.
